WHO WE ARE

Kalak vision and action is a social program, working to Educate, Inspire And Empower disadvantaged children and young adults in Hackney East London(UK) , for better chance in life, Using a holistic approach and non conventional ways to educate.

At KVAA, we aim to Empower disadvantaged children and young adults within the communities around Hackney and london (UK), in order to reduce inequalities in life opportunities of children and young adults, and engage them in civic responsibilities.

OUR VISION

KVAA mission is to Educate, inspire, and entertain for empowerment in a non conventional approach. Kalak provides fun and safe environment for children and adults to interact and develop valuable skills. BY Mean of various non conventional methods kalak wants to educate children and adults, inspire and assit them with skills through focus coaching on leadersship that they need in their life, during holiday and through various activities. Kalak VAA services have a holystic approach to address the disadvantages, of children and adults he comes in contact with. Kalak Actions target the body, the mind, the spirit and soul of children during its program.

KVAA has put together a world class team to lead it towards achieving its vision.

Claude Mouteng

CEO

Project initiator and coordinator. Dentist by profession and Educator, with 18 years experience as a project developer within health care sector and business general management. Self tought she is a motivational speaker and personal coach. Claude has organised for the past 10 years youth multi-actions camps as a captain of boy brigade. She is Fluent in French English with a basic knowledge of German language. She is married with two children

Kala-Iyo Ndzie

Holiday Volunteer

Bilingual Child Minder, fluent in English and french. IYO has the skill to engage difficult children, withdrawn and disabled children without losing her smile.

Patricia Germaine Mbock

Human Resource Director

Patricia is HR consultant, project and business manager with 10 years experiences developping strategies for engaging and retaining labour force within hospitality environment. She Creates policies and implement them with great success.
Trilingual: she speaks fluently French Spanish and English. Her moto is “inspire to empower”.

Georgette Balamba

Marketing Strategist

Marketing strategist with 17 years of experience Working in customer service in France. She is Fluent in French, and can communicate in English.

Olufemi lamide

Treasurer

Graduated in Information Technology, Lamide is a Youth worker for children and adults, with 15 years experience in book keeping in various community settings . Ten years experience in setting up camp site and driving buses for children on holidays. Business owner and Teacher, Lamide is a driving instructor. Lamide is a very good role model for young chidren as he enjoys teaching them.
